Site changes when I log out

I am using Urban theme. When I go to my site through the projects page I don't see the very top part of my site where I added a logo and wording. But when I log in to my site, it is there. What am I doing wrong?

Have you assured that you have published your changes? If you don't save your changes your visitors will continue to see the old page. If you have saved the changes and still see different versions you might need to clear your cache.

I did publish the changes. Should the full page caching be on? It is on global settings. I went and cleared the cache in Firefox but no change.

I meant the cache in Concrete5. Go to /dashboard/system/optimization/clear_cache/ and clear the cache and see if that changes anything.

Thanks. I did clear the cache but I still have the same problem. I have added the logo and information to the sitewide header full and have made numerous changes that I see when I preview the site but they nothing is in the area when I log out.

Try this... Go to the Dashboard->Stacks and edit the Global Area stack that holds you logo. Save your changes and make sure you 'Approve Changes' to that Global Area stack.

And when you are editing your site, turn all the concrete5 caching off. Don't just clear the cache every once in a while, turn it all off. Especially the Full Page caching.

And to see your changes in your browser, you might have to clear the browser cache or hit CTRL+SHIFT+'R' to force a 'hard' refresh where your browser grabs new content.

Glad it helped. For the benefit of others who land here in the future, which of the 3 suggestions I made actually fixed things?

Your suggestion about going to the stack and editing the Global stack.
