Site is good in edit mode but not in normal mode

Can you guys please help me?
When I'm in edit mode, my site looks just fine like this:http://i51.tinypic.com/bk4qo.png...
But when I'm out of edit mode is is just messed up like this:http://i51.tinypic.com/bk4qo.png...
What can I do to solve this?

you posted the same pic twice.
Check your theme itself. Maybe something isn't loading properly.
Most of the time it's messed up in the edit mode do to the header required.

year missing a </li> tag, and don't use <center> use css, (align:center)
validate your html there are a few issues
also, don't load jquery in your theme, its already loaded by concrete5 that can cause tons of issues
