Superfish drop down menu

Hello,
I am implanting SuperFish in my Concrete5 template.
I almost did this. But one thing just don't want to be what i want.
If i go with my mouse over the menu it shows the sub menu but not gradually, and there is no background in the sub menu.
Can you help me.
The files i use are attached.
