theme building with 2 static menu blocks

The standard menu, "Header Nav" stays static throughout a site. I want make two static menu blocks's(maybe even three).
When I add the Auto-Nav block it only stays on one page. How do I make another menu stick on all pages like "Header Nav"?

you use page defaults
Dashboard->Pages and Themes->click defaults next to the pagetype
