Theme Customization Not Showing up on Live Site

I purchased and installed Lucid theme. Went to Customize of the theme and changed a number of colors of links etc.

I Saved the changed and then go to live site. Changes do not show.

Cleared cache - still no change

Navigated to another page I have not loaded as yet. No change.

Went back to Customize for the theme - Changes are still present. Saved again. Went back to live site - No changes.

Cleared cache - No changes.

Any ideas greatly appreciated.

Please ignore. I opened it in a different browser and the changes are there. Not sure why Chrome isn't picking it up, but it's there somehow.

Chrome is stubborn with it's cache. Hitting CTRL-F5 repeatedly helps but I still had problems. I found I needed to have Chrome start with it's cache disabled. Instructions to do that are here:

You can also hit Ctrl+Shift+I to open the developer tools. There is a gear at the bottom where you can disable the cache as well. I've found that sometimes I will assume Chrome's cache is disabled only to find that it isn't so added the command line switches recommended in the article above. To make sure the cache of all your browsers is turned completely off for development, here is a Wikipedia article outlining ways to do that in all major browsers.
