Theme Not Appearing on Site After Activation

I activated a theme but it does not appear on my website,http://theteamphoenixtransformation.com...

Is there anything else that needs to be done to make it visible on my website?

It appears you have a blank default page showing. What theme did you upload and... did you try any of the other pre-installed themes (GreenSalad, dark choc.) to see if they worked?
