Theme With Default Content and Pages
Permalink
I am developing a theme for concrete5 but I would like to send it for the marketplace with default content just like the same content as you get when you install your concrete aplication.
Has anyone created something like this?
Thanks in advance by any replies.

You don't really want to do this( and I don't know if you can). If you did this then all the users content on the areas you define would be wiped out, making them very mad at you and demanding support. that is, if the peer review board let it through. Try offering a demo on your site with the default content if you want to use it to show off. use this how to.http://www.concrete5.org/documentation/how-tos/create-your-own-conc...
Thank you, I was considering just that.
Will follow you advice.

this would be a cool feature for blocks though...
I agree there is a post i found:

I have tested the package but gives me an error and does not install properly, may be to workin with latest concrete, however the controller for the package look like a solution but i need to see if i can sort out the error!

I think the theme, you'd have to do work to format for a block and customize the info though.

I try to install but get the following:
(Fatal error: Call to a member function getPackageID() on a non-object in C:\Program Files (x86)\Zend\Apache2\htdocs\evolutium\concrete\models\page.php on line 1943).
