Themes not appearing in list in Dashboard

I have assigned a theme to a project but it does not appear either in the "themes" list in Dashboard or the "Add functionality" list under "Extend…"
Any suggestions?

Try clearing the site's cache first.

If that does not help, I suspect that the license is not assigned with the correct project.

Last call is to try manual installation:

It is also possible that your site is no longer connected to the community. The easiest way to make sure that it is, is from your sites dashboard click on either themes or addons from the line at bottom - Extend concrete5 – Install, update or download more themes and add-ons. .

If your site is not properly connected it will ask you to connect and you can proceed from there.
