Tiny MCE Missing in New theme

Just managed to import my own theme ok, except that now Tiny MCe is missing when I select Edit.

IS there something in my theme files that I need to check or include?

Thanks

tinymce should work anyhow, not depending on the theme youve installed.
Did you check your tinymce settings in your dashboard? (Sitewide settings)

Are you sure are your concrete files are uploaded correctly? Maybe a tinymce file just didnt transfer completely?

Well TinyMCE works with all the other themes. IE the default ones that come with the standard install.

It also works with one of the themes I downloaded from C5.

So I'm assuming the settings are all fine. I did run thru all the settings options (Advanced, Custom etc) and it made no difference.

As I said, it's my own custom theme that I've managed to integrate into C5, and I've only been playing with c5 for a day and a half.

I have the feeling there's something I missed in converting my existing design to A C5 theme. Or perhaps an errant div tag somewhere.

So, still looking for clues.

Thanks

Ok, finally figured out what I was doing wrong.

When I was adding a block I was choosing HTML instead of Content. (Common enough mistake I would imagine.)

Anyway, by choosing Content and then selecting the HTML button within Tiny MCE I was able to paste in the html and have everything work ok.

File this under "Traps for new players." (Or old ones who should know better.)

Wonderfull :) Don't ya just kick yourself once you found out? :)
I once got stuck 3 hours on 'I dont see the edits I am making appear on my site' and then discovered I was using a beta backoffice and checking for changes on the live site ;-)
