Unable to Connect Community with new Project using Existing Concrete Community Credentials

Why am I unable to add a new project to my profile and why cannot I connect to the community to add my theme using an existing login credentials I have for the concrete community --- even when I have added the same login credentials for my new project that is the same for my existing concrete community login.
