Unzip this file in your site's packages/ directory

Help! I have downloaded the slate theme to my Mac. Now the installation instructions tell me to "Unzip this file in your site's packages/ directory". Can anyone tell me how to do this? I am totally lost (still adjusting to life on a Mac after decades on a PC)! Thanks.
You will need FTP access to your server manual installation. If you don't have the ability to unzip files on your server, it can be unzipped and uploaded open (definitely slower). The packages folder is on the first level of files in your concrete installation.
If you purchased the theme though the marketplace, just attach it to your project page and install it from your site dashboard.

(I believe Filezilla has a Mac compatible FTP client download for free)
(to install from Project page, click "My Account" upper left of this page, select "Projects" from right sidebar list, click on the website listed you want to add this to, attach license from drop-down list at bottom of page. If you don't have a project page yet you can add it from your sites dashboard through the "Extend Concrete5" selection at the bottom of your dashboard page.)
