Update concrete 5.5 Website gone, back to standard plain yoghurt template?

hi
i updated concrete to 5.5 and now my website is gone, template changed in to plain yoghurt standard. how can i get my website back? im a noob -_-

I have seen this behavior when updating to 5.6 but never on a 5.5 update?
Did you do the database backup before attempting to upgrade??

yes update 5.5.2.1. no i did not back up :(

i did now updat to 5.6 but same results
