using a new template

I bought and installed a new template from the c5 marketplace. How do I activate and start building my site based on this new template rather than the default template that exists in c5?

If it's installed correctly it will show up in your dashboard. Look for it under Pages and Themes and choose Activate.

it appears to be installed correctly. When I go to Add Functionality, it appears as Installed and Available but when I go to Pages and Themes, it doesn't appear in Themes so I can't activate it.
