What Theme Am I Using!?

Hey Guys,
Its been a long time since I have been on here. Turned the site over to the client and they are now having some problems.
I noticed that the theme that I am using doesn't have a name!!! I am on: Dashboard > Pages & Themes > Themes > Currently Installed. I attached a picture of the window. If you can identify it for me, I would greatly appreciate it!!! Thanks!

Try your install/extend tab in the dash. If its a package it will be listed there. If jacket is the only theme check your themes folder via ftp.
