What themes do you want

I am getting ready to develop some new, professional themes for C5. One of which will be free here to the community.

This is kind of a poll if you will, what "themes" would you like the see available in the marketplace the most? (business, plain, restaurant, health, etc.). Also, do you like the theme to be a little more complex or basic and simple? Lots of areas for info on the home page or more basic?

I'd like to provide themes that people are in need of and preferably in demand. Let me know your thoughts, I'm listening. Thanks ahead of time.

I think the themes available in the marketplace have really taken a huge leap in quality in the past 6 months. The way I am working is looking at the most popular blocks in the marketplace and building themes that provide a great front end experience for users of those blocks.

There is only one real estate theme at present and that has a huge potential market.

I also like the idea of using stock marketplace block functionality rather than reinventing a proprietary block. This will provide income to the developers who've already invested the time and prompt even cooler blocks in the future.
