Hello, I can no longer choose a page type under Edit this page -> Design -> Choose a Page Type.
The only "choice" left in the Design window is for theme.
It still works on the Home page, but not on any other pages.

Seems to be called by advanced permissions being on.
The loss of editing work (ie moved block disappearing) is really detrimental to the users experience
