How does user manage own account

Maybe I'm missing something, I've added extra User Attributes but how does a User login then manage his account to change them? It's probably staring me in the face but I can't see it?

Adjust the 5.5.1 Dashboard popup width?

Any way to do this? I use the Clicky tracking add-on and it doesn't fit into the standard width - I know I can scroll it across but I'd prefer not to have to do that.
