v8 missing block permissions?

I am new on v8 and trying to assign block permissions to certain groups on a page. I am not finding the option when I click to edit the block. am i missing something? thanks a bunch for any help.

How do I remove the Social NetWork icons?

I have Conversations set up (v8) and do not have anything in the main settings for Social Media, but the icons still show up on the block when it's on the page. I would like to remove them.

Concrete 5 Version 5.7.5.13 auto update
