New added users get blank site after login

Trying to set up an additional user but it gets blank site after login. The site only loads to unsigned users and for the admin. Cant't find information about this behavior. Any tips on how to figure this out?

Demo sites for Concrete5

A few of the customer's site for Concrete5 are gone, and a few others are corrupt. You need to review these from time to time, it doesn't help to convince people that Concrete5 is a great alternative to another CMS.
