When exporting a form's data to excel, some data gets lost in the export. I get the confirming email that shows all of the selected fields on the form but they don't end up in the excel file. Any thoughts?

I accidentally deleted a C5 database, and noticed very late and had no backup of it. I have the installation but no database. Does C5 takes a backup of database somehow?
