Five-Pack purchase button not visible in new marketplace

Hi,

the five-pack purchase button is not visible for my theme in the marketplace, even though when I edit the theme I can see the price for the 5-pack.

Also, I have submitted another theme (still not approved) and when I preview the marketplace page only the 5-pack purchase button is visible.

Is this a bug? Something I need to change in the theme edit page?

Not sure if this is a bug or something I'm doing wrong, but in the meantime I have created a special offer for the 5-pack option:
