full copying product pages and all attributes/customer choices

I am now using eCommerce 2.8.17 on an older service oriented website.
I am building a new site and including many ideas etc from my older site and then In the next few months I am going to close the older site for the newer site
Now in my current store set-up i put up lots of great product pages with complex attributes, customer choices etc.that I do not want to loose when I close the old site it down.
I will want to transfer the licence to my new site, but I think I willn that action i will probably loose all my products and their attributes during the move.
Is there a way for me to keep OR copy OR somehow retain existing products and their varies attributes, customer choices, images etc. OR am i doomed. I have some nice customer choice set-ups I do not want to have to re-create?????? /Lots of work!
Any thoughts r welcome.

Now are you aware that if you are planning on using the new 5.7 branch of Concrete5, you will not be able to use the eCommerce add-on as it is not compatible.
If you want to keep using the same ecommerce add-on you are stuck with legacy COncrete5 (version 5.6.3.4 as of today)
If you want to use the new Concrete5 your best bet is to use the Community Store but you will have to re-do everything from scratch
