I just bought the ecommere import add-on
but having some probs understaning what to do next.
I want to copy off evertything in my existing C5 website and ecommerce store at seocoyote.com (pages, images, products, customer options, everything.) and then remove (uninstall) the ecommerce add-on and close the old project off
then I have built a new C5 project buzzmasters.net that i will then install the ecommerce add-on and build out a store and install the ecommerce import copied store products, pages, evetything into this new project.
having trouble getting started. OR am I screwed and will i need to do the move manually and write off the $95.00 for the ecommerce import addon???

It seems that add-on is only for importing and not for exporting the data.
You might want to contact the developer directly and ask him about it. He might be able to provide you with a solution.
Or you can explain the situation and ask for a refund directly.
