Lost designer and design pro addons

I brought the designer pro and original block add ons for a project. i had a accident with my laptop and had to go and buy a new one i lost every thing on there. So i had to restart my project lucky i didnt get that far. But i have no idea how to get the design block back for this project that i bought. I cant even find the page to un sign them from a project if thats possible.

Go into your profile through this site, click on Projects from the right sidebar and select the project you had originally assigned the licenses to. On that page there should be a red "Release from Project" button, this will release the license from the project and make it available to assign to a new project.
