Marketplace Theme not pushing updates
Permalink
Hello,
I have a theme in the marketplace and after working through one small feature addition with a client I pushed the updated package into the marketplace for use from this time forward. My problem is that for some reason, my client does not see that my package has been updated within his Concrete5 installation.
Any ideas why this could be happening? I do believe the website is connected to the C5 community but it might be worth mentioning that this client is located in Italy. (if that even matters)
Thanks for any potential help/diagnosis.

Check there are no auto-test failures. Simple things like a version number mismatch can result in a new version not showing.
Automated tests were all successful
Most likely you didn't map the proper version to your client's c5 version.
When editing your theme's marketplace theme, under "update files & compatibility" scroll down to "Map Files to Compatible Versions" and check that you have selected the proper version of your theme to go with the proper version of c5.
I see your theme is marked as compatible for 5.7.0.4+ and is at version 1.0.5 which means you must set version 1.0.5 for all those c5 versions down to the latest.
Then click the blue "update compatibility" button at the bottom of the list
