My Userpro Registration Page is not working.

Hello,
I have created one registration page on userprohttp://pay.mysmartschool.org/profile/register... but it is not working means whenever I submit data and click on register it doesn't redirect to anywhere . You can check it on the above link . please help me.

That site is not made with concrete5, it is made with Wordpress.
