Posting new changes

Good day everybody. I'm working on a website for the company that I work for. I am having trouble with uploading changes to my site it works when I upload it to just one page but when I select entire site it doesn't change anything.
Also I'm very new to this so I'm sorry if I sound dumb.

I assume you are switching to a new theme, in that case you should clear the cache after switching..
I tried that but it doesn't seem to work actually it doesn't even show the changes on the page after I approved the change
and yes I am changing the theme
