Strange messages in Marketplace automatic check

I uploaded my fixed new version add-on, Marketplace page said many errors.
But I already have fixed.
For example,

Version in listing matches controller.php
Expected package Version: 0.9.8.12. Controller package version: 0.9.7.3.8.

I checked controller.php the file is 0.9.8.12. And I searched all files by 0.9.3.8, they are not found.
I think the automatic check has bugs.
