Theme pending review after 10 days and no "live in marketplace" date

Hi,
I understand reviewers must be really busy with the new marketplace, just wondering why there is no "live in marketplace" date for my theme. I read somewhere that themes went live after a week (even if they had not been approved).
Also, there's only the "Purchase 5" option in my theme page.

It has automated test failures, so you need to fix that before a live date will be generated.

Wow, thanks, didn't notice that!
Have the colors for the tests changed? I associate greens and blues to success / info, I think failures used to be red (but maybe I'm wrong)?
Anyway thanks for the heads up! (otherwise the theme would have been pending review until the release of 5.8... :)

The PRB is so busy at the moment that we are not bothering to do much chasing up on automated test failures. In the few cases where there are justifications for an exception (not relevant to your submission), its up to the developer to ask us and make their case.
