Error adding blocks

I can't edit blocks anymore! I regularly get an error when editing and adding blocks in Edge and Chrome. A couple of days ago the matter was operating normally. Very awkward :( Core Version - 8.5.2

Error while editing block in Google Chrome

After updating Google Chrome to version 83.0.4103.61, it is not possible to save the changes in the text block. Everything works in Opera. Version C5 - 8.5.2. Has anyone come across?
