Site broken after back-up

So I broke my site by changing the local language. Perfect, nothing worked.

That's exactly why there are back-ups, however, after using the back-up I got a error when updating to 8.5.2 from 8.4.3 (worked before)..

I'm getting the next error:

What can I do?? Start over or is it possible to fix this?

Did you restore your database backup after the language site break incident? If so, did you remove all the tables then import the backup?
