"Currently Viewing" in advanced permissions missing

Can I code a page so that instead of "Main content", a specific block is placed instead?

i.e, let's say I want a page with three blocks: an image and two text fields. Can I pre-set them to be the image and text blocks respectively, or do I have to just set a "main content" field and add the block manually? Thanks
