My site has the title "My Site" on it even though I changed its name to something else. How do I fix that?

Also, I am designing a site similar to FML and MLIA. How do I set up my site to accept submissions like that?

This is located on the dash board under"Sitewide Settings" remember to click save under text box after entering your site name.

Second: You can set block's for these types of blog/comment sections. Allow member sign in and public profiles all in the dashboard.
Blog block is called page list. Select blog_entry from drop down.
