404 Page Not Found

Sounds silly but I recently installed and Currently Running 5.6.1.2
Concrete and now my links from my index.php don't work. Like an example my contests link doesn't work and I know the page exists, or any of my other links. IDK why this doesn't work now nor how to fix it or point it to whatever. Does anyone have any clues or help?

Ok UPDATE: As I read on another Forum link, turning off "Pretty little links" Completely made my links work again. I don't remember even turning that on, but hell i'm happy, all the links work.
