5.4.0.4 - page not refreshing

Hi,
Im working with version 5.4.0.4 and i notice the javascript no longer refreshes the page automatically after making an edit to the content block for example. This issue is not limited to just the content block.
It use to refresh after an edit in the previous version.
Is it just me or does anyone else have this issue?
