5.4.2.1 - Page List removes css links from header

I have an issue where the page list block removes any <link> items in the header, like my custom css for the template so whenever i add that block the entire page breaks because of no css. just that block, and that one page. help? it is 5.4

Solved. Turns out to be an issue with an add-on, not related.
