[5.8.3 R2] add blocks screen doesn't show blocks except for legacy form block

Hi, I am using concrete5.8.3 R2 as trial.
When I go to edit page, and click add blocks button and then legacy form block was shown, but other blocks were not shown.
I tried to click block menu, and stack menu, and clip board menu, but not changed.
I know 5.8.3 is under developing, if possible , let me know work around of this case.
