Access to site error

We have two installations of Concrete 5 within the same site. One is the public facing site, then entry to the private site is via a log-in.

When we try to log-inn to the private site, this error message is now showing

mysqlt error: [1017: Can't find file: 'CollectionVersionBlocksOutputCache' (errno: 2 - No such file or directory)] in EXECUTE("select btCachedBlockOutput, btCachedBlockOutputExpires from CollectionVersionBlocksOutputCache where cID = '421' and cvID = '31' and bID = '1449' and arHandle = 'Header Image' ")

I have asked our Web Hosts to look into it but they are saying it could be a problem with the database.

I have made no changes to any of the PHP Code, however my client has a new user updating the site. Could a new user cause such a catastrophic error?

On my host error logs I have several around the same time they include

[25-Apr-2015 00:40:37 Europe/London] PHP Warning:  rmdir(/home/girlgu01/public_html/kerensa/files/cache/pages/l/o/g): No such file or directory in /home/girlgu01/public_html/kerensa/concrete/core/helpers/file.php on line 99

[25-Apr-2015 00:40:38 Europe/London] PHP Warning:  Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/girlgu01/public_html/kerensa/concrete/core/helpers/file.php:99) in /home/girlgu01/public_html/kerensa/concrete/core/libraries/view.php on line 95

I am feeling totally out of my depth and would appreciate any help.

Just to say my web host has sorted it for me.

So a big-up to Catalyst2 - probably went beyond the call of duty but found the problem and restored an old database back up for me.

I probably need to up my skills and learn more about this side of things!
