Add Functionality returns white page

Same for Themes in Dashboard :(.
I've got a fresh installation of a Concrete 5 latest release and after two installs still cannot add functionality to my site. Click that option and get white page.
Can anybody help?

check what is in your packages folder (under root/packages) it should be blank. If there is anything in it, delete it.

Ok so i dis some snooping and it looks like site.php has a 500 error, which could be the cause. Make sure you have the permissions set up right for it and for / packages. And do you have pretty urls enabled. Also on a sidenote, you should prevent acess to your system,

I ve checked and the permissions are 644 for site.php and 755 for the folder /packages.
Anyway I think I ll build the site with pther CMS , this one gives me troubles from the beginning and the support is not very helpfull...
