Add-on issue

I am trying to use an effect on my background image - a vignette that creates this effect of going from dark to light - almost like turning a light on slowly as the page first opens.

I bout the ad-on and installed it - but I cannot seem to find a way to effect the background the image.

Any advice at all would be greatly appreciated.
