Add-on installation problem in IE

I posted this at end of relevant topic, but wasn't sure if anyone looked at threads which seemed to have ended last week. Apparently, at least for some of us, the install button for Add Functionality page, does not work in IE; however, I was able to use FireFox to add the Bookmarking utility but when I tried with Music Player, which was showing in my "Add Functionality" page, having used Add To List from C5 site the day before,I receive this message--- Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class MusicPackage in /home6/handdrum/public_html/packages/music/controller.php on line 30
needless to say I'm stymied and site building has ground to a halt Any help?

1. If you look in the list of blocks to the left, the list of ones installed, do you see "music" in that list already?

2. If you look in the packages/ directory on the server, could you list out the names of the directories that you see?

NO "MUSIC" NOT ON LIST, ALTHOUGH ALL THE ONES PRE-INSTALLED ARE THERE AS WELL AS "ADDTHIS" WHICH I HAD INSTALLED FROM C5

2. If you look in the packages/ directory on the server, could you list out the names of the directories that you see?

THE FOLLOWING:
adddthis,music,theme_natural_essence,theme_orange_sunset,theme_natural_essence,theme_touching
SO "MUSIC" IS IN THERE. HOWEVER, EVERYTIME I TRY TO ACCESS ADDFUNCTIONALITY PAGE FROM DASHBOARD I GET THE MESSAGE:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class MusicPackage in /home6/handdrum/public_html/packages/music/controller.php on line 30

SORRY FOR DELAY - YOUR NOTICE WENT TO E-MAIL I WASN'T EXPECTING

Hi Andrew

Sorry if I confused things further, I replied under useer name "wlber" rather than "drumthump" which is name under which I originally posted problem. I'll try to be consistent. Also, I see now that if I paste information in, formatting does not seem to wrap. So again I'll try to adjust.

Just noticed that my answers as "wlber" to your questions were not complete. In public_html/packages/ there are addthis, music, and the 3 themes; however, under public_html/concrete/packages/ there are "no records found". is this an anomaly of my server (bluehost)? or did Concrete get installed wrong.

When I go to the "Pages and Themes" link in C5 program, the 3 themes are listed and two have been installed and are functioning mormally
