Hello, I add a new page type. Is possible create other page, example full is full.php, left_sidebar is left_sidebar.php,...

yeah, if you add something like twenty_column.php concrete5 will strip the _ away and you'll have twenty column.php, you have to have it in a theme first and inspect the theme in the dashboard to get it to show up.
