So I have a group that I want the "Add Subpage" button to appear on the "Edit" drop down menu. I tried to give read/write permissions to the "Site map" to that group but that group still cannot access the Site map. I really just want that button to appear for the group. I have used Drupal permissions, and it seems that this system permissions are very difficult to understand. Are there videos specifically on how to set permissions so they actually work for the site. It seems that even when I manually set the permissions for a group sometime they stick and nothing happens or they get overwrote. Any help would be much appreciate.


******Actually I found out how to do this, in the Site map, you click on the Home root item, Set Permissions , and give the group all permissions, then in the top drop down "Current Viewing" choose "Sub Page Permissions", and in that same group choose the page types that group can create. It is different than what I am used to but it looks like it worked*******
