Please help.

Let me clarify and show an example... on the home page I'd already added content before I used Auto Nav, so I can click on the main content there to get to the editing window (I don't need to click the Add to Main link at the top). But on the subpages with *no* content, the Add to Main link is hidden by the Add to Sitewide Navigation link which you can see in the attached file.

I guess I'll try removing the Auto Nav and adding my content first, but that seems a little backwards.

It might be the absolute positioning you are using on the menu div is putting it on top of the area when you are in edit mode

That was close to the problem - I just needed to move my main content container down a bit so I could see the top of it when editing. Thanks!
