I cannot get the second auto-nav to go away. I cannot see it at all when logged in, and anything I add to the page is added around it. This is my Home so I can't delete it and start over. I think I bugged it when I tried to apply childs from the page type defaults. What can I do?

Ugh, I even just 'approved' the oldest version I have and it still showed up!
Okay so I got it to go away, but a content block (that only contained <hr />) that was part of my defaults was removed from all my pages.
I know it's not a cache'ing issue, I just don't know why it's so buggy!
