Added new sub page but no edit bar

I did a simple add sub page and published it, but now i have no edit bar when page comes up. All other pages no problem, only happened when adding new page. Fairly new guy so any help is appreciated.

Think i found the issue, I added add-on from another site which gave error message. Solved by creating new sub page and adding block items one by one publishing each time. So far so good on non-error message add-on's/widgets.
