Adding a Logo in Top Header of website

Hi I just updated to latest Concrete 5.5.1, and i want to add a logo in the top header, i have gone into scrapbook/Global and my logo is there if i choose Plain Yogurt theme I can see the logo, but when I use simple blue theme my site name only comes up not my Logo can someone please help?
