Adding a step to the booking process

Hi

I have set up Pro Events and Pro Events Booking on my clients site which has been very successful and working well. As some people using the site are booking on courses and booking for more than 1 delegate at a time I need a step in the process to add details for those delegates that will result in those details being available for those organising the course. In a nutshell I need to be able to add delegate details including dietary requirements etc for up to 10 delegates at the time of booking.

Any help greatly appreciated
