Adding any new block causes an blank error message

I haven't changed anything on my server or in my website and today when I went in to add a new block to my website I get a blank error message box in the centre of the screen. See attached.
I've contacted my webhosting company (siteground) and they haven't found any errors on their side.
Any ideas?
It happens when trying to add ANY new block.
When I press F5 it refreshes the screen and the block is added.

This is at least the 2nd time you have helped me out.
In my panic I didn't read the blog update about the latest version of Chrome having an issue with concrete5 and creating blocks.
I have used Microsoft Edge and it's working fine.
I will await an update to Chrome.
