Adding new block messed up my page!

I had to add a new block on my page and it added some html at the top that I can't get off. If I delete the block it will go away, but adding it again puts it back. Can someone help me as to how to get off the writing at the top? I need to keep the block i just added about a re-scheduled event. Showplace classics.com.
